What can I expect to learn?
Our curriculum is a culmination of techniques from Judo, Jujutsu, Aiki-Jujutsu, and Aikido. You can expect to learn various mental disciplines and physical maneuvers such as striking techniques, floor maneuvers, self-defense, joint locks, and ancient weaponry training. Who can participate?
Classes are appropriate for both men and women above the age of 10 regardless of previous martial arts training or physical condition.
What health benefits can I expect?
Not only will you learn self-defense and fighting skills, but our training offers excellent cardio conditioning, strength enhancement, weight control, self-discipline and flexibility.

Do I pay as I go or pay in advance?
Class fees are due at the beginning of each month.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept both cash and check payments for classes.
Can I try it out before making a commitment?
Absolutely! Anyone is welcome to come observe and/or try a class for free before enrolling. We want to answer all your questions and make sure we are a good fit for you before you sign up.
What do I need to get started?
A t-shirt and sweatpants are appropriate to start. Once you’ve made a commitment, we encourage you to purchase a uniform (gi). Gis usually cost between $60 and $100. We will give recommendations on where to find the best gi for you when you enroll.
